Terms of Service
Effective: 22 September 2026
1. Provider
Agent-1 is provided by Sviatoslav Levchuk, sole trader, al. Solidarności 68 lok. 121, 00-240 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 1133199805, REGON 544490164. Contact: hi@agent-1.ai.
2. The service
Agent-1 uses AI agents to plan, create, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns on your Meta and Google ad accounts.
3. Who can use it
Business use only. You must be 18+ and use Agent-1 for your business. By signing up you confirm this. Where mandatory law gives you extra rights (e.g. as a sole trader), those rights apply.
4. Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Connecting ad accounts
- You share your ad assets with Agent-1 (e.g. via Meta Business Settings → Partners). You keep full ownership and can revoke access at any time.
- By sharing, you authorise Agent-1 to create and manage campaigns on your behalf within the budgets and caps you set.
- Ad spend is billed by Meta or Google directly to you. It is not part of our fees.
- You are responsible for your products, claims, landing pages, and compliance with Meta and Google advertising policies and applicable law.
6. Fees
- Subscription plus usage-based fees (AI tokens), as shown on the pricing page at signup.
- Paid in advance via Stripe or bank transfer.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
- We will give 30 days' notice of price changes.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Agent-1 for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited advertising, or to break Meta or Google rules. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Content and ownership
- You own your inputs and the ads and content generated for you.
- You grant us the rights needed to operate the service.
- We own the Agent-1 platform. We may use anonymised, aggregated performance data to improve it (see the Privacy Policy).
9. No guarantees
- AI can make mistakes. Results are not guaranteed.
- Meta and Google may reject ads or restrict accounts. We do not control their decisions.
- The service is provided "as is".
10. Liability
- We are not liable for ad performance or results, actions by Meta or Google, ad spend within the caps you set, or indirect losses (e.g. lost profit).
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees (excluding usage/token fees) you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
- These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them (e.g. intentional harm).
11. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may terminate for breach of these Terms, or with 30 days' notice otherwise.
- After cancellation, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
13. Law
Polish law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Warsaw.
