Who we are

Agent-1 is run by Sviatoslav Levchuk, sole trader, al. Solidarności 68 lok. 121, 00-240 Warszawa, Poland. NIP 1133199805, REGON 544490164.

We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, login details.
• Business data you give us: website, brief, goals, budgets and caps, uploaded assets.
• Ad platform data: from Meta and Google assets you share with us: ad accounts, campaigns, ads, Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels/datasets, and performance insights.
• Content we generate for you: plans, copy, creatives, campaign settings.
• Billing data: invoice details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
• Technical data: logs, IP address, device and browser information.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: running agents, creating and managing your campaigns (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Billing and tax records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Security, fixing problems, improving the product, and building anonymised performance benchmarks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data. We do not use one client's ad data to run another client's ads, except in anonymised, aggregated form that cannot identify you.

Meta and Google data

We access only the assets you choose to share with Agent-1's business portfolio or connect to us. We use this data only to provide the service to you, in line with Meta Platform Terms and Google's policies. You can revoke access at any time (see Data deletion below).

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel: web app hosting
• Cloudflare: DNS and network security
• Anthropic and OpenAI: AI models (via API; not used to train their models)
• Stripe: payments

Some of these are in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

• Account and business data: until you close your account, then deleted within 30 days.
• Ad platform data: deleted within 30 days after you revoke access or close your account.
• Invoices: 5 years, as required by Polish tax law.
• Anonymised, aggregated performance data: kept indefinitely. It no longer identifies you.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hi@agent-1.ai.
You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Data deletion

To delete your data:

1. Email hi@agent-1.ai from your account email with the subject "Delete my data", or delete your account in the app.
2. To cut off ad account access immediately: Meta Business Settings → Partners → Agent One → remove, and/or remove Agent-1's access in Google Ads.

We confirm and delete within 30 days, except invoices we must keep by law.

Cookies

We use only cookies necessary to log you in and run the service.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates here and notify you by email about significant changes.
